Rev. and Sis. Devonshire are laboring in Angeles City, Pampanga on the island of Luzon. The city itself has a population of over a quarter of a million souls. It is located about two hours north of Manila. Rev. Gaudario is working with them. A bible college has been started so that others can be trained to become workers for the Lord.
