| The Decision Makes The Difference
Eze 33:32 And, lo, thou art unto them as a very lovely song of one that hath a pleasant voice, and can play well on an instrument: for they hear thy words, but they do them not.
William Carey, the father of modern missions, preached his famous sermon seeking to stir the church to action concerning lost souls in other countries, At the end of the sermon, the congregation began to arise and file out without taking action, Carey turned to his friend Andrew Fuller and said “Fuller, stop them, we must do something!”
Carey understood that no amount of good intentions was going to save the lost in other nations without action, and so there, he made the decision to go, and volunteered to be a missionary to India . Because of that decision, thousands were saved, colleges started, and lives improved, the decision he made that day, made all of the difference!
God speaking to Ezekiel describes the people who have yet to decide to follow the commands of God. The Lord likens them to those who listen to a singer or a musician, they revel in the music, they are moved emotionally, but they never take action!
If God has touched you in a service, act while your heart is hot, don’t wait or put off what you know God wants you to do.
If it is to surrender some habit or sin, Give it up!
If it is to go to bible college, Go!
If it is to talk to someone about Jesus, Do it!
If it is to get involved in your local church and help in a certain ministry, Do it!
Decide now to do what God is calling you to do and that decision will make all of the difference.

Finally, Brethren,
whatsoever things are true,
whatsoever things are honest,
whatsoever things are just,
whatsoever things are pure,
whatsoever things are lovely,
whatsoever things are
of good report
if there be any virtue,
and if there be any praise,
THINK ON THESE THINGS!
- Philippians 4:8
