Give
Me
The
Ball!
True
Christians
do
not
like
to
be
on
the
defense.
We
understand
that
God
has
given
us
the
tools
and
weapons
we
need
to
take
the
land
He
has
given
to
us,
all
we
need
to
do
is
to
stand
up
and
appropriate
that
which
is
guaranteed
to
us.
Like
playing
on
a
team,
we
can
be
good
team
members,
but
there
comes
a
time
when
we
say
“Hey!
Give
me
the
ball!
Let
me
try”
When
God
spoke
to
Moses,
He
asked
him
“What
is
in
your
hand?”
To
Moses,
it
was
just
an
old
rod.
Perhaps
he
had
used
it
to
pull
in
a
straying
sheep,
or
waved
it
at
a
predator
or
leaned
on
it
in
the
cool
of
the
day.
God
used
that
which
was
ordinary
to
symbolize
His
power.
It
was
this
rod
that
was
symbolic
of
the
power
of
God,
this
rod
that
was
used
to
smite
the
rock
and
the
waters
flowed,
this
rod
that
was
lifted
up
in
prayer
when
the
plagues
came
in
Egypt
,
this
rod
that
was
lifted
when
the
Red
sea
was
parted.
I
don’t
know
about
you,
but
if
I
was
an
Israelite
back
then,
maybe
I
would
have
said
“Hey,
let
me
try
that
thing!
I
want
to
do
something
for
God,
let
me
lift
it
up,
let
me
part
the
next
sea
or
river,
Give
it
to
me!“
The
tools
of
faith,
the
Holy
Ghost
baptism,
the
Word
of
God,
and
divine
joy
are
available
to
us,
greater
than
Moses’
rod,
and
more
powerful!
If
we
sit
back
and
wait
for
the
devil
to
hit
us,
he
will.
We
should
be
the
one
going
on
the
offense
and
driving
him
out.
When
Jesus
came,
He
cast
the
devil
out
of
people,
drove
his
agents
from
the
temple,
and
then
told
him
to
get
out
of
His
face!
(Get
thee
BEHIND
me
satan!)
If
we
ask
for
the
ball,
when
God
gives
it
to
us,
we
must
do
something
with
it!
