God's Healing in Dayton, Ohio
Rev. Ashmore is currently ministering in Dayton, Ohio and it has been a blessing. An African man from Sudan came to church Tuesday night on crutches. He had hurt his leg at work and was taking big horse pills to relieve him of the pain. The Brother who picked him up had to help him get in the car due to his leg and the crutches.
Well, Service began and God began to move by his Holy Spirit. At the altar call, the African gentleman came up to ask for prayer for his leg. Rev. Ashmore prayed for the brother and God instantaneously healed him. He didn't need his crutches anymore and was able to walk and began to even dance in the Spirit.
When he was taken home, his wife and child saw him coming home but they did not recognize him from afar because he didn't have his crutches. They asked, who is that? He said it's me, and began to shake his leg, he said God healed me and even began to dance there on the porch.
He came the next night to Revival without any crutches and was walking fine and his Wife after seeing the miracle in his life, came also and God touched her too.
Glory be to God for his miracle working power during Revival.
God is so good. By his stripes we WERE healed and ARE healed. Glory. |
A Healing Testimony of Jesus
I remember one time we were at RevJohnsons house in his backyard with PastorDavis.
When all of a sudden, a car drove up fast, and there was a lot of crying and I thought, what is going on??
It was an overseers wife who was very, very sick laying in the backseat. Her daughter(18ish) was crying because she thought her mom was going to die.
The Overseer asked PastorDavis to pray and we all began to pray and when we finished, the brother and his family drove home.
I thought to myself, God bless her. It seemed like a very serious situation.
About fifteen minutes later we walked over to Pastor's house and were fellowshipping and there was a phone call. The Overseer told Pastor that his wife was healed and walking around. You could hear her over the phone, rejoicing and she was in the kitchen, doing some work.
Just fifteen minutes before that, she was on her back in the car and couldn't even get out, and now she was walking around.
Glory be to God, He is still THE HEALER!
Jesus still Heals!
Several years ago, I was working at the Campground. It was a few weeks before the conference and we were working long hours to get the building done. There was a large crew there at the time and Pastor Davis was there also.
I contracted a severe case of food poisoning from somewhere and one morning I woke up SICK! I was throwing up every 30 minutes for the entire morning.
This was the first time in my life I literally felt death in my body. My body was trying to expell whatever poison was in it, but I has nothing left in my stomach to expel.
I was sitting in my camp room waiting for the next dry heave to come and the thought entered my mind like a brick "You are going to die here" I felt like I was going to die right there also. Looking back now I know that was the voice of the devil but at that time I started to believe I was going to die literally.
Minutes later, though scriptures began to come to mind about Elijah, Elisha, and Jesus and all the people who gone to the Man of God to ask Prayer for their ailment.
I mustered all the strength I had and put on some clothes and walked across the camp where the crew was working. I walked right up to Pastor Davis and asked him to pray for me. He prayed immediately, laying his hand on me and I literally felt in my body the disease die. I did not experience on more single dry heave or even the feeling of wanting to throw up again. It took the rest of the day for me to recover enough strength to work the next day, but that disease left my body at that very moment he prayed for me. I felt it go!!!!!
Praise God for his Healing!
