Jesus Still saves
COOOOOOOOLLLL!!!! I REMEMBER WHEN A SOULWINNER CAME AND INVITED ME OUT TO CHURCH. THE OTHER GUY DIDN'T WANT TO INVITE ME OUT BECZ I LOOKED DIFFERENT, BUT THE OTHER ONE KNEW WHAT GOD COULD DO WITH ANYONE. I'M SO GLAD I WENT, AND AS THE PREACHER TOLD US ABOUT HOW CHRIST LOVED ME SO MUCH THAT HE DIED FOR ME, I GAVE MY HEART TO JESUS!
Greater Love.
GREATER LOVE John 15:13, Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends. It was 21 years ago that I first came in contact with NTCC as a lost and lonely GI stationed at Ft. Hood, TX (Big Boulder Country - that's code talk). When I walked through the door of the servicemen's home that night, I was overwhelmed by the love of Rev. William Gaylord and his gracious wife, and Pastor and Sister Taylor. I never knew this kind of love existed until I gave my heart to Christ that day. Four months later, I followed the call of God to NTCS, and found greater love again in Rev. J.H. Olson and Pastor Davis. The NTCC family was the vessel God used to bring this greater love to my life. Countless lives of men and women have been touched by this greater love of God in NTCC servicemen's homes and churches. Jesus is the source of this greater love because He laid down His life, and NTCC is chock-full of men and women who have laid down their lives for the Gospel to reach lost souls with greater love. This greater love I found has never diminished. So if you are looking for love, you WILL find it at an NTCC near you.

The Last Post
That last post about finding a servicemen's home took me back 20 years, to the time I first walked into one myself. I was trying to find peace and relief from the burdens of life for sometime. I was looking for God, but I didn't know it at that time. I had to travel across an ocean, many miles from home, so that I could experience a Divine encounter with the Living God. When I prayed and asked the Lord to forgive me and come into my life, the weight was lifted and I started a new life -- happy and free! And nothing's changed in all these years!!!
Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, THINK ON THESE THINGS! Philippians 4:8
